Led the end to end launch of the Cast Guide, owning strategy, design, distribution improvements, and rollout communications to better support
Cast Members and employees across the Disneyland Resort. Formerly known as the Cast Member Reference Guide, the refreshed experience was shaped directly by Cast feedback and launched to newsstands on January 20, 2023, just in time for The Walt Disney Company’s 100th Anniversary Celebration at the Disneyland Resort.

The new Cast Guide brings together essential information from both theme parks, the Downtown Disney District, and Resort hotels into a single, streamlined resource designed for faster navigation, improved readability, and more intuitive day to day use onstage. The Cast Guide remains in circulation today as an essential onstage resource.

Highlights of the Cast Guide include:

• Unifying all Disneyland Resort information into one cohesive, easy-to-navigate pocket-sized guide

• Introducing intuitive sections like “Top-Requested Food & Beverage” to speed up information retrieval

• Integrating timely updates on events and offerings to support Cast awareness and engagement

• Designing custom visual cues (e.g., Mickey-shaped search icons) to bridge physical and digital tools like the HUB and Cast Life app

• Refining layout and hierarchy to enable quick scanning and real-time reference on the job
